Born in Germany and living in India since 2011, my background in International Cultural Business Studies (MA equiv.) with a focus on Cross-Cultural Management and Communications prepared me to work as a bridge-builder between cultures and disciplines. With a strong sense for the innate potential of people and situations, I have always been passionate about supporting transformative processes in various roles.

It’s a source of deep meaning for me personally to support change-makers like you (even if you might not identify as one) and the kind of leaders the world needs - the quiet, thoughtful, empathetic ones - who want to lead from a clear presence while firmly connected to their own purpose, so they can have an impact that meets more needs for a greater number of people and the planet.

This is not the path of least resistance, and I support you with the space and tools you need to strengthen yourself and expand your ability to do the work you're called to do.

Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

I look forward to meeting you soon.
