Who I am and how I work

If you’ve found your way here, it’s likely because you care deeply about living and working in a way that aligns with your values. You might be feeling the pressure of today’s fast-paced world, where the demands of life can pull you in different directions—leaving you seeking clarity, resilience, and a sense of purpose that feels authentic. Whether you identify as a leader or not, you’re probably someone who wants to create an impact, without losing sight of who you are or what truly matters.

My path to coaching

My journey to becoming a coach was born out of my own drive to live a values-aligned life. Early in my career, I worked in sustainability research and consulting—a field that, from the outside, seemed to align perfectly with my vision of making a difference. But the daily reality taught me something deeper: living according to your values is not always straightforward or comfortable. It’s not about finding a quick fix or a solution that looks good on paper. Instead, it requires constant, courageous recalibration. Through my own experience, I learned that creating a life aligned with your values means working within the limitations of the systems we exist in, while staying true to what matters most. This insight profoundly shaped how I approach coaching—it’s not about easy answers, but about helping you navigate complexity, make peace with your unique path, and show up authentically in your life and work.

What we can focus on together

In our coaching partnership, my role is to help you navigate both your inner and outer landscapes. Together, we can focus on:

  • Finding clarity and aligning your life with your values

  • Managing stress with self-compassion

  • Strengthening relationships and networks authentically

  • Making intentional, sustainable choices that honor your capacity

  • Building resilience and creating lasting impact in ways that feel true to you

My experience and approach

I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients (including entrepreneurs, individual contributors, emerging leaders and senior executives in non-profit or corporate roles) in coaching engagements that range from 3 to 6 months, with some extending over several years. While I bring over a decade of experience in personal transformation, cross-cultural communication, and leadership development, no two journeys are the same. Each coaching partnership is unique, and I meet you wherever you are on your path. There’s no ready-made program here—our work together is shaped around your specific needs, challenges, and vision, creating meaningful outcomes that are as unique as you are. My professional training and certifications—such as the ICF PCC credential and certifications in BetterUp Conscious Business Coaching and the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF)—are tools to guide us, but the focus is always on creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Beyond coaching

My personal life reflects the same values I bring to my work. I’ve co-founded a small-scale farm in South India, where I apply whole-system design principles to grow food sustainably. For me, creating thriving, resilient environments—whether in the soil, in teams, or in individuals—has always been at the heart of what I do.

If you’re ready to explore how we can work together, I invite you to schedule a free intro call. I look forward to meeting you soon!

    What this means for you:

Some of what shapes us lives beneath words - in family patterns, inherited loyalties, and dynamics that quietly run in the background of our choices and relationships. As a certified Emergent Constellations practitioner trained by Sarah Peyton, I can bring this powerful systemic approach into our coaching work when it's useful.
